Five hundred thousand dollars… that is a big goal.
This year, we are taking a leap of faith and setting a big goal for our year-end giving. Why? Because the real goal is not raising the money, the real goal is to seize an unprecedented opportunity to multiply the impact of Ekisa Ministries.
We are about rewriting the story of disability. Stories are a timeless part of humanity, capturing what has happened into a collection of words. We hear stories every day—some good, some heartbreaking, others inspiring. The best stories transport us to places and moments, helping us feel connected to the people at the heart of them. We believe that the most powerful stories are the ones that change lives, and that’s exactly what we are doing—changing stories, one child at a time.
Each child’s story is a journey toward healing and dignity; real-life accounts of resilience, hope, and transformation. We invite you to be a part of these journeys before the end of the year.
In 2025, Ekisa will open a brand-new, purpose-built campus designed to deepen and expand our reach. It will give us the opportunity to impact so many more children, to change so many more stories. This campus will allow us to serve more children with disabilities and their families, while also raising the quality of support we provide. It will become a center for training, equipping, and empowering other organizations globally to serve children with disabilities within their own communities. It will create new pathways for inclusion and integration, and, ultimately, it will be a space where the global story of disability can be rewritten.
This is a critical moment to drive forward our mission, transforming the daily realities of children with disabilities and reshaping the communities and families they grow up in.
In 2025, we will have the potential to expand every program. With your help, we can welcome more children into our Community Care Program, open doors to new students at Ekisa Academy, provide assisted living for young adults with disabilities, and broaden our Training and Equipping Department which is creating exponential impact.
The opportunity is within reach, but we don’t yet have the resources – not without you.
For 13 years, we’ve been rewriting stories for hundreds of children with disabilities. Yet, thousands more are still waiting for hope and support and that is why we are setting a goal that is beyond what we think we should ask or imagine. Every gift made this year-end will change a child’s story in ways that you can't believe.
Your gift.. their story.
